Weekdays I'm a hospital consultant.
Weekends I'm a volunteer baker at a local charity.
And I'm a very part-time patisserie student at Le Cordon Bleu-Paris.

TWD peanut Butter Crisscrosses
Well it has been over a year. Nice to be back with the TWD baking group! Given it is an odd cool Labor day in Minneapolis, making peanutbutter cookies really wasn't odd. And some of the trees are turing already as well!
I cook/bake in a 58 Sq ft kitchen of a 1927 stucco bungalow in South Minneapolis,MN. My goal is to cook/bake good food. It isn't to have a mega kitchen with all the latest gadgets and equipment. Just making good food to feed body & soul is enough for me.
